This summer, Nicole Fleskes went to Seattle and the Outer Banks.
Nicole was born in Seattle, and went to visit her family there over the summer. The first thing she did there was visit her grandmother. while visiting her grandmother, she went shopping and to the beach. The water at the beach was freezing, so instead of swimming she walked around in the sand and picked up shells and stones. The next thing she did in seattle was going to her aunts 50th birthday. At the party she cought up with her cousins, aunts, and uncles. She enjoyed her brief stay in Seattle.
Every summer Nicole goes to the Outer Banks, which is a series of small islands off the coast of North Carolina, and rents a condo for a week. She spent the first few days at the beach with her family. After the beach she went fishing. In total, they cought 50 fish, which were put in a box for them and cleaned professionally. The next day it rained, so they went to the Outlet Mall. The outlets were very crowded due to the rain, so lines were long and it was difficult to get around. The last night they went to Jockey's Ridge. Jockey's Ridge is a large sand dune, that has an amazing veiw. Nicole always enjoys going to the Outer Banks
